Job Description
About the job
• Non technical process
•Get the information using data analysis tools and help their teams develop insights and business strategies
• Meeting SLA and TAT
• Meet the Productivity target
• Meet the attendance target
• Meet the internal Quality scores
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, Excellent Knowledge in Advanced Microsoft Excel
Hands on experience in Advance excel including Functions, Formulae, Pivot, Lookups, Data validation
Moderate Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint
Generate both recurring and adhoc reports as needed.
Design reporting formats to provide accurate information.
Good time management and written communication skills
Having knowledge in VBA Macros is added advantage.
Basic knowledge in MS Access is added advantage
Reports to TL
